As an Accounting, Finance & Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with our team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including filing tax returns and maintaining tax documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide financial support to the marketing and sales teams, including budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
