📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols on the construction site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Maintain strong communication with the project team and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Certification in construction safety and quality management (e.g., OSHA, LEED, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with architectural design and construction techniques.
