📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and maintain operational records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
