📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.,Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills.,Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
