📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform detailed construction estimating using software such as Autodesk Estimating, Procon, or similar tools.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain ground plans, including site layouts, utility layouts, and grading plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all plans meet project requirements and specifications.
• Review and analyze construction costs, identifying potential savings and efficiencies.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including cost estimates and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating and ground plan preparation.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Autodesk Estimating, Procon, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
