📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver training programs.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training outcomes to improve future programs.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
