📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations,Support the Operations Manager in managing the workforce,Monitor and report on operational performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans,Provide administrative support to the operations team,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities,Assist in the resolution of operational issues and challenges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with operational management software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English
