PT Tirta Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide assistance in the preparation of tax returns and filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
