📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to the Learning and Development team to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change.,Strong analytical skills to evaluate learning program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
