📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure that products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on quality metrics and trends.,Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA or quality control role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and standards.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
