📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial compliance processes for multiple entities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.,Lead the multi-entity accounting processes, including chart of accounts, intercompany transactions, and consolidation.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations to senior management.,Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and accounting standards, ensuring compliance.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on financial compliance and accounting practices.,Participate in audits and reviews, ensuring the integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial compliance and multi-entity accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.,Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is required.
