📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise junior commis chefs.,Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well as part of a team and take on leadership roles when necessary.
