Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events and services.Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate manager or supervisor.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field is a plus but not required.Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with English language, both written and spoken.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.🛠️ Keahlian
