📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop client relationships, both existing and potential, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the commercial sector.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid SIM (Indonesian Identification Card) and work permit (if applicable).
