Accounting Specialist - Financial Reconciliation & Bookkeeping

Agri Tumbuh Makmur is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by verifying transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining our financial books. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Maintain and update financial books using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
