📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.,Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
