📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling of kitchen staff.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's theme and meet customer expectations.,Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs to ensure profitability.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
