Point Bloom Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Lebak while maintaining a flexible schedule. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with drivers and other departments.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
