📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right stock at the right time to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that our supply chain is running smoothly.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our warehouse staff.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing inventory and supply chain operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
