📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Assist in the development of a learning and development strategy for the organization,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to analyze data and create reports,Strong organizational and time management skills
