📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Prepare and manage food inventory, including ordering and stock control.,Ensure food quality and safety by following company policies and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent.
