📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical operations of the facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of systems and equipment.,Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration and compatibility of new systems and technologies.,Maintain accurate records of technical activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.,Develop and implement technical training programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.,Strong knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in technical operations.
