As an Open Pit Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of open-pit mining operations, including safety, production, and environmental compliance. You will work closely with engineers, geologists, and other stakeholders to ensure that mining activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of open-pit mining activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 personnel, including miners, supervisors, and support staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with engineering and geology teams to plan and execute mining activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of mining operations.
- Maintain accurate records of mining activities, including production, safety, and environmental data.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide operational and safety policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in open-pit mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Certification as a Professional Geologist (CPG) or Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or MineSight.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
