📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
