📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of retail stores in the Parepare region.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional office.,Promote and maintain a positive brand image for Base Shop Indonesia.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
