📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Manage general affairs operations including office administration, facilities management, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor HR staff and general affairs team members.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Manage office facilities and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
