Asia Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sragen. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, food and beverage service, and restaurant policies and procedures.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and maintain a high level of quality.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all restaurant operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.,Work with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is meeting all company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
