In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover, and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain and cost-effective operations.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure the store aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing inventory.,Familiarity with retail software, such as POS systems, inventory management systems, and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and meetings.
