📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products
  • Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create user guides and other materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
