📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in e-learning or online training is a plus
