📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitoring and tracking accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Communicating with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Implementing and enforcing credit policies and procedures.
• Providing regular updates to management on the status of accounts receivable.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indonesian market.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
