📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for our global clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Use SAP Logistics Execution and Jira to manage and track logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and logistics activities.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve our logistics services and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics customer service role.
• Proficient in using SAP Logistics Execution and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a global or international environment is a plus.
