As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, interacting with potential members and guiding them through the process of joining our club. Our club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including a fully equipped gym, group fitness classes, swimming pools, and a variety of wellness programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Process membership sign-ups, including collecting personal information, payment details, and signing necessary documents.
• Provide information about club amenities, fitness classes, and wellness programs to help members make informed decisions.
• Assist with onboarding new members, including orienting them to the club facilities and introducing them to our staff.
• Maintain accurate records of member information and membership status using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and promotions to potential members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with fitness industry terminology, equipment, and programs.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
