📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain retail inventory records using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Support retail operations by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or retail support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
