Daily, you will manage a diverse team, coordinate with various healthcare providers, and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Services Department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Coordinate with various healthcare providers, including specialists, to ensure seamless patient referrals and care continuity.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and local medical guidelines.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate and optimize the use of EHR systems and patient management software.
• Represent the department in interdepartmental meetings and committees, advocating for patient care and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in outpatient healthcare, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, CPHQ).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing healthcare teams.
• Strong understanding of EHR systems and patient management software, with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
