🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on IT or a related industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
