📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct support to vulnerable individuals and families, including case management and counseling services
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized support plans using evidence-based practices
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the community and with relevant government agencies
• Develop and implement programs that address the unique challenges faced by our community
• Collaborate with community partners to create and deliver services that promote well-being and resilience
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using the Foundation's case management system
• Stay informed about best practices in social work and community development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification from the Indonesian Social Work Board
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct client services or case management
• Strong understanding of community development and social justice issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using case management software, such as CASA or similar systems
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
